1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jl998 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl998. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl998 login credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl998 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl998 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and Philippine bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: Deposits using cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset) are strictly prohibited. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the jl998 deposit page.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the jl998 withdrawal page. jl998 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. jl998 will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl998 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jl998 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl998 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not used or wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors;

jl998's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl998 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl998's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
